I am a wife, a mom of two beautiful daughters, and a self-made millionaire who owns two successful businesses, Luxe Salon Spa and Laser Center and BAbadass.

Having graduated with a degree in accounting, I worked for CPA firms and Fortune 500 companies before starting my own business in the beauty industry. I bought a 16,000-square-foot building and opened Luxe Salon Spa and Laser Center. Thus began my beauty business.

I grew that business, and it became one of the most successful businesses in the country. With it and my other pursuits, I was able to hit the million-dollar mark and consistently achieved that with numerous awards and achievements.

If you know me, then you know that I was not good at being told what to do, and I never gave up on my dreams.

With my financial background and success at Luxe, I started consulting with salons and spas across the country. My expertise is in turning unprofitable businesses into highly profitable ones. I provide business plans, programs, and systems to take your company to the next level.

I became a coach, and now I aim to empower leaders and inspire people to become savvy business owners. I guide my clients to personal and professional success. This way, they will see their life profits grow and their potential reached!

After being in the industry for 25 years, I’ve found that my passion is in helping others achieve their dreams – and I believe that everyone has the potential to be successful in business if they have the right tools and guidance.

Hence, my book, Rags to Riches: How Beauty Icons Made It Big, was born. From that, I went ahead and elevated it even further by creating this highly impactful and transformative course.
